2. Product Authenticity & Natural Hair Variance
All Silk & Strands hair products are crafted from 100% ethically sourced Raw Single-Donor Temple hair. Because raw hair is completely unprocessed by harsh chemicals or synthetic coatings, minor natural variations in natural color tone (ranging from natural 1B black to dark brown) and wave pattern may occur between individual bundles.
3. Orders, Payment & E-Commerce Transactions
All purchases made through our official online boutique or Bumpa store are processed securely in Nigerian Naira (₦). Once an order is confirmed, processing and dispatch timelines commence according to our Shipping & Customs Policy. Ensure all shipping addresses and contact phone numbers provided during checkout are accurate.
